Yet Another Tag Post

Hi, Hey, Hello!

I’m not all that sure if this is something that I think I’ve done before on here, but I’m basing that mainly on the fact that I can’t seem to find it and there is only so much time I am willing to spend trawling through 60 pages of my blog to try and figure it out definitively. Even if I have done it before there are questions on here with answers that will always be subject to change.

On Friday as I was making my way through the blogosphere I came across this post on the lovely Karen’s blog and decided to give it a try. It’s the Get To Know Me Tag and I’m finally just gonna get onto it.

1) What is your middle name?

I do not have one.

2) What was your favourite subject at school?

English. Although History will always hold a special place in my heart.

3) What is your favourite drink?

The elixir of life that is coffee.

4) What is your favourite song at the moment?

I have just become full on obsessed with Touch It, Ariana Grande.

5) What’s your favourite food?

This is like the worse question in the world that you could ask me. I love food so much. As I am writing this though I am really craving all the Mexican food (which I totally blame Serena Williams’ Snapchat for). However an honourable mention has to go to pizza and ice cream (and Shake Shack).

 6) What is the last thing you bought?

If we’re taking this literally than a very large iced coffee and almond biscotti.

7) Favourite book of all time?

Of all time? The Harry Potter series. But the book that I shall continue to recommend to people until further notice remains…you guessed it The Night Circus.

8) What is your favourite colour?

I’m gonna have to say it’s purple. Although a darker hue of the colour. I really like dark colours. The closer to almost black the better.

9) Do you have any pets?

This little fluffball
This little fluffball

10) Favourite perfume?

Given that I have just bought more of this as I type it has to be Paco Rabanne, Lady Million.

11) Favourite holiday?

New York/Orlando, 2 years ago. But especially New York, which felt a bit like my spiritual second home. I just really appreciated it. And also Paris, 3 years ago, was a gorgeous, although tiring, holiday.

12) Are you married?

Not even close to it.

13) Have you ever been out of the country, if so how many times?

I can’t count how many times, but I’ve left the country a few yeah.

14) Do you speak any other language?

I mean I can speak the most basic of Spanish, which is surprising really because I should probably know more given that I did it at AS Level (I mean I failed it twice, but still)

15) How many siblings do you have?

I have a bigger little brother.

16) What is your favourite shop?

Ummmmmm, Waterstones. Any book shop really, but there are some really massive Waterstones round London that own my soul and that one time I went to a Barnes and Noble promised great things. I just really like book shops.

17) Favourite restaurant?

Again, purely because I have Mexican food on the brain. Las Iguanas is incredible, especially because it comes with 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour.

18) When was the last time you cried?

Actually cried, it’s been a while to be honest. I get teary eyed at the weirdest shit right now though.

19) Favourite blog?

I couldn’t possibly choose, there are just so many that I love and so many that I always need to check in with on a regular basis

20) Favourite movie?

I love so many films it’s a legitimate problem. However my main faves are The Departed and The Usual Suspects.

21) Favourite TV Shows?

Can we not open that can of worms. I watch and love a lot of TV. Honourable mentions should go to Stranger Things, UnREAL and BrainDead right now though. They are my current fave of faves (also My Kitchen Rules Australia is back so that’s consuming most of my evenings).

22) PC or MAC?

Eve since Christmas I have been converted to the world of MAC.

23) What phone do you have?

iPhone 6S, it coincided with the arrival of the MAC

24) How tall are you?

5ft 10”.

25) Can you cook?

Yeah, it worries me when people say they can’t at all to be honest.

Parentheses count: 4. See you tomorrow!
