Hi, Hey, Hello!

I have a Christmas party to go to tonight so that will be fun. And because where Christmas goes, New Year follows closely behind this post is taking a look into that word that terrifies me slightly (this explains that more). The future.

Or more specifically: What excites you the most for 2016?

Well I don’t know to be honest. Some things require me to actually get organised and become better with my time management skills and all that jazz. And they merely have the potential to be exciting, I mean they could be incredibly disappointing. I don’t really know how it’s gonna go, nor am I actually gonna explicitly say what exactly I am talking about which makes this whole paragraph really annoying as a reader. So sorry about that.

I am also excited about all the books I am going to read, because I get so much joy from books and I have some good ones lined up for myself next year (which I will talk about when the new year has actually rung in). And with all the reading comes all the inspiration with it and that is a super exciting prospect for me, for both the blog and all the other things I could potentially write about.

Also excited about expanding the blog even more. Which links back to the time management thing, but also because I finally feel like I have found my footing with it. I have always enjoyed it but sometimes it felt like a slog at points throughout the year, especially when I felt the need to expand my blogging schedule at the same time as my schedule got upended completely. But I am in a routine with it now and I am excited to see how it unfolds over the course of a whole year.

Mainly 2016 holds a whole lot of creative potential and that excites me because there is very little I love more than being creative and having something to show for it (even when it involves me colouring in…)

Parentheses count: 3. See you tomorrow!
